On 9th August 2012, all the fathers of the Indian delegation came together in our seminary in Madurai for the third time in this year to deal the topic of "Reconciliation" as part of their permanent formation programme. On the third sitting of the ongoing formation programme, the resource person focused on the ways and means of building up our relationship with God. First, he pointed out the importance of getting rid of unhealthy concepts of God. Then, he proceeded to explain four different paths (in Sanskrit known as 'Margas'), Jnana Marga, Bhakti Marga, Karma Marga and Yoga Marga, which take us to God.
